AA3003铝合金散热器连接片表面产生黑斑的原因

摘要 AA3003铝合金散热器连接片在加工过程中,表面出现了大面积黑斑。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法,分析了连接片表面产生黑斑的原因。结果表明:在清洗和润滑设备时,合成机油不慎滴漏在连接片表面,在钎焊加工过程中,合成机油发生焦化反应形成黑斑。 During the processing of the AA3003 aluminum alloy radiator connecting piece, there were large areas of black spots appeared on the surface. Through macro observation, chemical composition analysis, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, the reasons for black spots on the surface of connecting piece were analyzed. The results showed that when cleaning and lubricating the equipment, the synthetic engine oil accidentally drop on the surface of connecting piece. During the brazing process, the synthetic engine oil undervent coking reaction to form black spots.
