基于可持续发展的矿业遗迹更新利用模式探讨

摘要 矿业遗迹因具有如规划功能齐全、建筑类型多样、地下遗迹多而深等特点,其更新利用模式更为复杂和多元化。文章从可持续发展角度出发,总结了两种新的矿业遗迹更新利用模式,即开展教育实践基地和建设城镇化发展改造试验区;并通过大量典型案例分析对两种模式的可行性和实现途径进行了系统的研究。实践表明:该利用模式可将遗迹片区纳入整体利用规划,真正体现公众需求,实现教育、居住、旅游资源转化,可建构政府、社会、企业互促共赢的工业遗产盘活模式,具有较强的可行性,且成效显著,值得进一步推广应用。 Due to the special characteristics of mining remains such as complete functions,various building types,as well as the large number and depth,the urban regeneration and utilization is faced with complicated and diversified problems.Based on the sustainability and operability,this paper firstly summarizes two new models for mining remains regeneration and utilization,namely,developing educational practice bases and urbanization development and transformation pilot areas,and proves through feasibility studies and case studies that these two models are feasible and have achieved certain results.These models for mining remains regeneration and utilization truly reflects the public demand,realizes the transformation of education,residence and tourism resources,and constructs a win-win industrial heritage revitalization model that is jointly promoted by the government,society and enterprises.
