摘要
我国交直传动电力机车控制领域存在多种模式的控制装置,这给产品的生产及运用维护带来了诸多不便。文章研究了简统化微机控制柜系统开发设计的思路与技术特点,并为贯彻其简统化、模块化、系列化、信息化提出方法。对其系统软件的设计采用分层与模块化的设计理念,结果发现:设计出的插件箱硬件模块能够做到硬件通用,不同车型插件可互换,能有效减少设计生产的周期和备件的数量,提高产品质量和可靠性;并且方便现场管理,节约维修成本,满足用户多样化需求。
There are multiple modes of control devices in the field of AC-DC electric locomotive control in China,which bring a lot of inconvenience to the production,operations,and maintenance of the products.Starting from the development history of the control system of AC-DC electric locomotive,this paper describes the design scheme and technical characteristics of micro-computer cubicle,as well as the measures taken for simplification and standardization,modularization,serialization,as well as informationization.The design of the system software adopts the concept of layering and modularity.The hardware module of the plug-in box can be universal,and the plug-ins of different models are interchangeable,which can reduce the design and production cycle and the number of spare parts,improve product quality and reliability,facilitate on-site management,save maintenance costs,and meet the diverse needs of users.
