摘要
文章在梳理国内外轨道交通 TOD 典型案例及其启示的基础上,通过对近年来国内轨道交通 TOD 模式实践中存在的问题进行分析,以及对深圳、成都 2 座城市的相关探索经验进行总结,提出国内城市推进轨道交通 TOD 模式实践的实施建议及技术路线,以期助力国内轨道交通 TOD 项目健康、有序、顺利推进。
Based on domestic and foreign rail transit TOD typical cases and their lessons,by analyzing issues in domestic rail transit TOD mode in recent years and summarizing experience in Shenzhen and Chengdu,this paper puts forward implementation suggestions and technology road maps of practicing domestic rail transit TOD mode,in order to promote the progress of the domestic rail transit TOD project in healthy,orderly and smooth ways.
