摘要
近年来城市内涝影响地铁运营的事件不断增加,做好地铁防淹工作迫在眉睫。文章结合地铁设计规范的要求明确设计目标,从选线设计、市政排涝能力、最大积水深度测算等方面层层递进,阐述做好地铁防淹规划的设计思路,分析各项防淹措施的防淹效果和需要注意的问题,针对靠近河道的防淹特例,根据河道的不同特征给出相应标准,推荐采用“防排结合”的设计思想,在增加最小投资的情况下达到较为理想的防淹效果,通过对防淹规划设计的重点问题进行总结和归纳,为后续工程提供借鉴。
Recent years,the events of urban waterlogging affecting metro operation are increasing,therefore good flood proofing is a matter of extreme urgency.Combining with the requirements of the metro design specifications,this study lays out the purpose of designing,elaborates flood proofing planning,and analyzes the flood proofing effects of various flood proofing measures and the issues that need attention in covering location design,the ability of municipal draining and the calculation of maximum water depth calculation etc.On account of the special case of near-the-river flood control,corresponding standards are given according to different characteristics of rivers and the design idea of "combining flood proofing and drainage" is recommended to achieve ideal flood proofing effects with the minimum investment.The key issues in flood proofing planning design are summarized and conclusions are drawn to provide reference for future projects.
