新材料和新型粘合剂在高速列车中的应用

摘要 在高速列车进入更加重视能源效率与乘客舒适度的发展阶段后,新型材料与粘合剂的应用将在一定程度上实现列车轻量化,减少噪声和振动,增加行车安全性与乘客舒适度。文章首先阐述高速列车未来发展趋势以及材料与粘合剂在其中扮演的作用;然后介绍以丙烯酸粘合剂、环氧树脂粘合剂为代表的新型粘合剂的应用场景,分析其优势所在;最后表明上述3M 粘合剂系列可以应用到工程实践中,推动高速铁路未来发展。 After the high-speed train development enters the stage of paying more attention to energy efficiency and passenger comfort,the application of new materials and adhesives will realize lightweight,reduce noise and vibration of the trains,and increase driving safety and passenger comfort to a certain extent.Firstly,this paper expounds the future development trend of high-speed trains and the role of materials and adhesives in it.Then the application scenarios of new adhesives represented by acrylic adhesive and epoxy resin adhesive are introduced,and their advantages are analyzed.Finally,it shows how the 3M adhesive series introduced above can be applied to engineering practice and promote the future development of high-speed railway.
