面向长途货运司机的车载一体化厨电设计

摘要 通过系统调研和分析,长途货运工作性质引发的作息无规律现状以及司机对时间和经济成本的双重考虑,导致司机长期无法按时进餐。着重梳理长途货运司机的饮食习惯、烹饪方式以及现有便于携带的食物加热产品,并对重卡驾驶室环境进行综合分析,结合用户调研、模型建立、对比研究等方法,全面剖析长途货运司机在运输途中对厨电产品的使用需求。将产品设计的分析过程纳入“人-机-环境”的系统中,基于长途货运司机在重卡驾驶室进行饮食烹饪行为的限制性因素,构建创新性一体化车载厨电产品以满足驾驶人员在长途运输途中的饮食需求,解决规律性健康饮食和低成本支出之间的矛盾。 Through investigation and systematic analysis,it is found that the irregular work and rest conditions caused by the nature of long-distance freight and drivers’ dual consideration of time and economic cost lead to long-term failure of having meals on time.Focus on the long-distance freight drivers’ eating habits,cooking methods and the existing portable food heating products,and make a comprehensive analysis of the heavy truck cab environment.Analyze drivers ’ kitchen electricity demand in the long-distance driving,combined with user research,model building,comparative study and other methods.The product design behavior is incorporated into the "man-machine-environment" system,and based on the restrictive factors of the drivers’ eating and cooking behavior in the heavy truck cab.The innovative integrated on-board kitchen electricity is constructed to meet the drivers’ demand for "drinking" and "eating" in the long-distance transportation,and solve the contradiction between regular healthy diet and low cost.
