摘要
目的建立可吸收止血材料遴选评价指标体系。方法运用德尔菲法对15名专家进行咨询并确立评价指标,采用层次分析法计算评价指标权重。结果经过两轮专家咨询,确定了16个评价指标,其中一级指标4个,二级指标12个,且专家的积极性、专家意见程度和协调程度均符合德尔菲法的要求,评价指标权重均通过一致性检验,满足层次分析法的要求。结论该研究构建的可吸收止血材料遴选评价指标体系具有科学性和合理性,可将定性的问题定量化,为医院耗材遴选提供参考和新的思路。
Objective An evaluation index system for the selection of absorbable hemostatic materials was established.Methods The Delphi method was used to consult 15 experts and the evaluation indexes were determined,and then the analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weights of evaluation indexes.Results After two rounds of expert consultation,the indexes of the evaluation system were determined,including 4 first-level indexes and 12 second-level indexes.The enthusiasm of the experts,the degree of expert opinions and the degree of coordination could all meet the requirements of the Delphi method,and the weights of the evaluation indexes all passed the consistency tests,meeting the requirements of the analytic hierarchy process.Conclusions The evaluation index system for the selection of absorbable hemostatic materials constructed in this study is scientific and reasonable.It can quantify qualitative problems and provide references and new ideas for the selection of hospital consumables.
