体教融合背景下中小学运动队目标定位与管理问题探讨

中小学运动队作为我国高素质竞技体育后备人才培养的基础阶段发挥着重要作用,其建设与发展现状在一定程度上关系到我国“体教融合”理念的贯彻状况与实施效果。目前,从整体来看想要实现由“教育系统”为“体育系统”培养、输送青少年体育后备人才的目的,需要进一步提升我国中小学运动队的培养质量。因此,在进一步深化体教融合的过程中,应该更加重视中小学运动队的目标定位问题,通过制度化、规范化的高效管理来促进目标的达成,为我国体育事业的全面发展培养多方面的体育后备人才。

The middle and primary school sports team plays a key role as the basis of high quality in athletics sports reserve personnel training, which construction and development are related to the implementation status and effect of our country“sports and education integration”idea. At present, on the whole, in order to realize the goal of cultivating and transporting young sports reserve talents from“education system”to“sports system”, it is necessary to further improve the training quality of sports teams in primary and secondary schools in China.Therefore, in the process of further deepening the integration of sports and education, we should pay more attention to the target positioning of sports teams in primary and secondary schools, and promote the achievement of the goal through institutionalization, standardization and efficient management, so as to cultivate various sports reserve talents for the all-round development of China’s sports undertakings.
