不同性别青少年标准运动手枪运动员身体姿势调控与持枪稳定性对比分析

Comparative analysis of body posture regulation and gun holding stability of adolescent standard sports pistol athletes of different genders

目的:研究我国青少年射击运动员的射击水平现状,探究男子、女子青少年标准运动手枪运动员身体姿势控制能力和持枪稳定性的区别。方法:选取浙江省青少年手枪运动员作为研究对象,通过便携式测力板(Emed,德国)和无线便携表面肌电采集系统(Delsys,美国),对击发过程中的足底压力指标和持枪肌肉放电信号进行采集与分析。结果:女子运动员射击命中环数显著高于男子运动员(P<0.01),身体姿势控制能力及持枪稳定性均优于男子运动员。组间击发表现,男女运动员除持枪稳定能力不存在显著差异,射击命中环数与身体姿势稳定均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:身体姿势稳定和持枪稳定是射击获胜的两个重要因素;女子运动员射击命中环数、身体姿势控制能力及持枪稳定性均优于男子运动员。因此,男子运动员需要加强身体姿势的控制能力以及手臂肌群的稳定性。

Objective: To study the current situation of elite youth pistol athletes’ shooting level in China, and to explore the differences of the body posture control ability and gun holding stability between male and female youth standard sport pistol athletes. Methods: The elite youth pistol athletes from Zhejiang province were selected as test subjects, and the planar pressure index and the discharge signal of gun holding muscle were collected and analyzed by means of portable force measuring board(Emed, Germany) and wireless portable surface emg acquisition system(Delsys, USA).Results: The number of hit rings of female athletes was significantly higher than that of male athletes(P < 0.01), the body posture control ability and gun holding stability were better than male athletes. There was no significant difference in firing performance between the two groups, but there were significant differences in shooting circle number and body posture stability(P<0.05).Conclusion: Body posture control and gun stability are two important aspects of success in shooting. Female athletes are better than male athletes in shooting circle number, body posture control ability and gun holding stability. Therefore, male athletes need to strengthen their body posture control ability and arm muscle group stability.
