摘要
探讨8周软梯训练对高校男子篮球运动员灵敏素质的影响,为篮球运动员的科学训练提供参考。结果显示:经过8周的软梯训练,高校男子篮球运动员改变方向能力(T字形跑、伊利诺伊跑)、变换动作能力(立卧撑、Nebraska灵敏)、协调性(反复横跨、十字象限跳)和专项灵敏素质(运球绕杆跑)测试成绩与训练前成绩相比均有显著提高(P<0.05)。可见,软梯训练能够有效提高篮球运动员的灵敏素质。
In order to explore the effect soft ladder training on the sensitive quality of undergraduate male basketball players, this paper takes 8-weeks experiment of the soft ladder training, so as to provide theoretical basis for the scientific training of basketball players.The results show that after 8 weeks of ladder training, the ability of undergraduate men′s basketball players are significantly increased compared with before training(P <0.05) inthe change direction(T running, Illinois), the transformation ability of action(burpees, Nebraska sensitive),coordination(repeatedly jump across, cross quadrant) and the sensitive quality(dribbling round rod run). So, the soft ladder training can effectively improve the sensitive agility of basketball players.
