我国的煤炭资源丰富,在进行经济发展的过程中,煤炭资源作为我国的能源储备为经济发展起到了积极的促进作用。然而,在进行煤炭资源开采的过程中,由于地理环境以及技术等因素的影响,使得煤炭开采的过程中,经常发生安全事故。如果发生安全事故将会危及工作人员的安全,同时会产生经济损失。因此,本文对“一通三防”进行分析和研究,为煤炭资源的开采提供帮助和安全保障。

China is rich in coal resources.In the process of economic development,coal resources,as China's energy reserves,have played a positive role in promoting economic development.However,in the process of coal resource mining,due to the influence of geological conditions and technology,safety accidents often occur in the process of coal mining.Coal mine safety accidents not only cause economic losses,but also endanger the safety of workers.Through the analysis and research of"one ventilation and three prevention",this paper provides suggestions for the safe mining of coal resources.
