Application and Research on Reinforcement Method of Existing Building Foundation Adjacent to Foundation Pit

既有建筑地基基础因种种原因,如建造年代久远、周围环境的影响或使用功能的改变以及进行增层改造等,需要进行地基基础加固。其中,文物古迹、重点建筑等对变形控制要求比较严格。运用理论分析与工程实践相结合的方式,根据既有建筑地基基础的不同类型,采取基础托换、周边土体加固等针对性的加固措施,研究了不同加固方法的应用范围及效果。

The foundation of existing buildings needs to be strengthened for various reasons,such as the long construction age,the influence of the surrounding environment or the change of use function,and the reconstruction of additional floors.Among them,the cultural relics and key buildings have strict requirements for deformation control.Based on the combination of theoretical analysis and engineering practice,according to the different types of existing building foundation,targeted measures such as foundation underpinning and surrounding soil reinforcement are taken to study the application scope and effect of different reinforcement methods.
