摘要
结合萧山国际机场三期项目航站楼,对高大空间双曲菱形肌理单元大吊顶的施工技术进行了总结,针对吊顶采用菱形单元设计的情况,制定出安装方案,重点阐述了菱形单元整体提升施工技术及工艺流程,并对反吊施工安装进行描述,以期为其他大跨度空间的钢结构体系铝板吊顶施工提供借鉴。
Combined with the terminal building of phase Ⅲ project of Xiaoshan International Airport,the construction technology of large suspended ceiling with hyperbolic rhombic texture unit in large space is summarized.According to the situation that the suspended ceiling adopts rhombic unit design,an installation scheme is formulated.The overall hoisting construction technology and process flow of rhombic unit is focused on,and the reverse hoisting construction and installation is described,in order to provide reference for the construction of aluminum plate ceiling of steel structure system in other long-span space.
