摘要
为解决大断面涵洞采用整幅或分幅跳仓施工时,顶板施工需重复搭拆顶板模板和支撑架造成的工序多、施工效率低、安全隐患大、质量难控制等问题,结合工程实例,提出大断面涵洞模板支撑架伸缩顶升整体移动施工技术。此工艺能实现顶板模板支撑架工具化施工,降低劳动强度,减少安全隐患,提高了施工质量和工效,降低了成本,具有较好的效益优势。
To solve the problems of many processes,low construction efficiency,large potential safety hazards and difficult quality control caused by repeated erection and dismantling of roof formwork and support frame during the sequence construction with whole or divided bay of large cross-section culvert,combined with the engineering examples,the integral mobile construction technology of telescopic jacking of formwork support frame of large cross-section culvert is proposed.
