摘要
混凝土针对传统承台斜面垫层施工技术存在的施工难点,进行了技术攻关。结合工程实际,在对施工重难点进行分析的基础上,对常用的承台斜面垫层施工技术的优缺点进行了对比,最终选择了组合式钢模板成形法进行施工。新技术可确保承台斜面垫层_次成形,无需进行残渣清理,成形质量好,适用性强,可在类似工程中推广应用。
Aiming at the difficulties existing in the construction of traditional foundation pile cap slope cushion,the technical research is carried out.Combined with the engineering practice,based on the analysis of the key and difficult points of construction,the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used foundation pile cap slope cushion construction technology are compared,and finally the combined steel formwork forming method is selected for construction.The new technology can ensure the one-time forming of the slope cushion of the foundation pile cap without residue cleaning,excellent forming quality and strong applicability,and can be popularized and applied in similar projects.
