摘要
对盘扣式钢管脚手架搭设方法的二次开发做了介绍。将单层一次盘扣式钢管脚手架体搭设技术转化为同层两段式搭设施工技术,上下两段通过双拼型钢连接,下段立杆高度统一,均在结构梁以下,立杆布置不受上部结构梁影响,纵横间距达到安全计算范围的最大值。上段为辅助立杆,其长度可根据上部空间调节,调节后上段立杆直接顶至楼板或结构次梁。通过对应用背景、构造形式、应用技术研究以及盘扣式钢管脚手架优劣势进行分析,对盘扣用量数据对比,得出同层两段式搭设方法可以大幅降低盘扣材料的使用,缩减项目成本。
The secondary development of the erection method of disc buckle type steel pipe scaffolding is introduced.The erection technology of single-layer one-time disc buckle type steel pipe scaffolding is transformed into two-stage erection construction technology on the same layer.The upper and lower sections are connected by double splicing section steel.The height of the vertical poles in the lower section is uniform,which are all below the structural beam,and the vertical pole layout is not affected by the upper structural beam.The vertical and horizontal spacing reaches the maximum value of the safety calculation range,and the upper section is an auxiliary vertical pole,and its length can be adjusted according to the upper space.After adjustment,the upper vertical pole is directly pushed to the floor or structural secondary beam.By analyzing the application background,structural form,application technology research and the advantages and disadvantages of buckle type steel pipe scaffolding,and comparing the buckle consumption data,it is concluded that the two-stage erection method on the same floor can greatly reduce the use of buckle materials and reduce the project cost.
