摘要
以上海某新农村建设示范项目为例,介绍一种采用预制结构外墙、楼板、楼梯及坡屋顶屋面板,通过便捷方式现场组装,局部现浇连接成整体的新型装配式结构体系。实践证明,在新农村建设中采用该新型装配式结构体系,可以实现项目质量可靠、节能环保、节约成本、缩短工期的目的,为在华东地区新农村建设中推广装配式建筑提供一定的参考。
Taking a new rural construction demonstration project in Shanghai as an example,a new type of prefabricated structural system is introduced,which adopts prefabricated external walls,floors,stairs and pitched roof panels and are assembled on site in a convenient way and connected by local cast-in-situ.The practice proves that the adoption of the new prefabricated structure system in the new rural construction can achieve the purposes of reliable project quality,energy conservation and environmental protection,cost saving and shortening the construction period,and provide a certain reference for the promotion of prefabricated buildings in the new rural construction in East China.
