摘要 近年来,随着国家对装配式建筑的关注度曰益提高,越来越多的企业开展了装配化建筑的相关试点应用,而装配化设计是实现机电整体装配化的基础条件。针对BIM技术与传统装配化设计的融合进行了深入的研究,并在此基础上选取了制冷机房、标准层、管井这3种不同区域,进行了以BIM为基础的装配化设计试点应用。通过试点应用,成功将BIM技术融入了装配化设计的各个环节中,并形成了BIM装配化设计所特有的工作流程和模式,提升了装配化设计的整体工作效率与质量。 In recent years,with the increasing attention of the state to prefabricated buildings,more and more enterprises have carried out the relevant pilot applications of prefabricated buildings,and the modular design is the basic condition for the realization of electromechanical integrated assembly.Based on the in-depth research on the integration of BIM technology and traditional assembly design,three different areas of refrigeration room,standard floor and tube well are selected for the pilot application of assembly design based on BIM.Through the pilot application,BIM technology is successfully integrated into all links of assembly design,the unique workflow and mode of BIM assembly design are formed,and the overall work efficiency and quality of assembly design is improved.
