摘要
为了更有效地检测幕墙龙骨的损伤缺陷,保障矩形管在使用过程中的支撑结构安全性,采用Ansys数值仿真和试验研究相结合的方式,提出一种基于压电超声导波的矩形管损伤缺陷的检测方法。利用有限元仿真分析矩形钢管导波传播特性和频散曲线,通过试验分析,比对不同模态的导波在矩形钢管的传播特点以及损伤对传播的影响,并确定PZT压电片的位置。试验结果表明,采用AO模态的导波更适用于矩形管中面损伤的检测。
To detect the damage and defect of curtain wall keel more effectively and ensure the safety of supporting structure of rectangular pipe in use,a damage and defect detection method of rectangular pipe based on piezoelectric ultrasonic guided wave is proposed by combining ANSYS numerical simulation and experimental research.The propagation characteristics and dispersion curves of guided waves in rectangular steel pipe are analyzed by finite element simulation.Through experimental analysis,the propagation characteristics of guided waves with different modes in rectangular steel tube and the influence of damage on propagation are compared,and the position of PZT piezoelectric sheet is determined.
