摘要
接触网供电是轨道交通主要的供电网络方式,具有便捷、安全和环保等优势。接触网零部件较多,且分布广,需要频繁地维护以保障轨道交通安全稳定的运行。通过对接触网关键零部件的监测、故障维修等数据进行分析,引入临界点的概念,采用AHP算法进行权重赋值和分析。结合上海市轨道交通接触网的维保规程,制定出针对上海轨道交通各线路接触网关键零部件健康状态的管理规范,更好地保障轨道交通安全运行,并避免过度维保带来的浪费。
The overhead line power supply is the main power supply network mode of rail transit,which has the advantages of convenience,safety and environmental protection.There are many parts and components of overhead line,which are widely distributed and need frequent maintenance to ensure the safe and stable operation of rail transit.By analyzing the monitoring and fault maintenance data of key parts of overhead line,the concept of critical point is introduced,and the analytic hierarchy process algorithm is used for weight assignment and analysis.Combined with the maintenance regulations of contact line of Shanghai rail transit,the management specifications for the health status of key components of overhead line of Shanghai rail transit lines are formulated.It better ensures the safe operation of rail transit and avoid the waste caused by excessive maintenance.
