摘要 轻量化BIM+GIS模型为庞大的地下管网数据管理提供了新的技术路径,低代码技术的推广和普及为复杂的运维管理业务提供了更为快速、经济且落地的解决方案。首先,以华东理工大学徐汇校区地下管网为例,建立统一、规范且持续更新的地下管网及附属物信息模型;其次,基于BIM+GIS引擎,加载轻量化建筑信息模型,实现海量数据的动态浏览与分析;最后,基于低代码技术,面向运维管理中的痛点需求,搭建运维管理模块。系统地为高校校园基础设施、能源管理提供强有力的数据支撑,为进一步推进智慧校园信息化建设提供底层应用数据。 Lightweighted BIM+GIS model provides a new technical path for huge underground pipe network data management.The promotion and popularization of low-code technology provides a faster,economical and landing solution for complex operation and maintenance management business.Firstly,taking the underground pipe network of Xuhui campus of East China University of technology as an example,a unified,standardized and continuously updated information model of underground pipe network and accessories is established;secondly,a lightweighted building information model is loaded based on BIM+GIS engine to realize the dynamic browsing and analysis of massive data;finally,based on low-code technology and facing the pain point requirements in operation and maintenance management,the operation and maintenance management module is built.The system provides strong data support for campus infrastructure and energy management,and provides bottom application data for further promoting the information construction of smart campus.
