误食“海洋宝宝”误诊1例报告并文献复习

MISDIAGNOSIS OF EATING“SEA BABY”BY MISTAKE:A CASE REPORT

目的探讨误食"海洋宝宝"的临床特点,提高对儿童误食异物的认知。方法回顾性分析我院确诊的1例误食"海洋宝宝"病儿的临床表现、治疗过程和转归。结果通过手术切开空肠将异物取出,行肠切开吻合术。术后1周痊愈出院。结论误食"海洋宝宝"导致的肠梗阻病史不明确,易延误治疗,临床应该提高警惕,早发现、早治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical features of eating“sea baby”(a toy of colorful beads which expand after being soaked in water)by mistake,and to improve the awareness of eating foreign bodies by mistake in children.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical manifestation,treatment process,and outcome of a child who was diagnosed with eating“sea baby”by mistake in our hospital.Results The foreign body was removed by surgical incision of the jejunum,and then enterostomy was performed.The child was cured and discharged at 1 week after surgery.Conclusion There is an unclear history of intestinal obstruction caused by eating“sea baby”by mistake,which may cause the delay in treatment,and therefore,we should keep an eye on such disease in clinical practice to achieve early identification and early treatment.
