国内外新闻传播专业硕士研究生实践能力培养研究

On Practical Ability Training of Postgraduates Majoring in Journalism and Communication at Home and Abroad

新技术重塑了新闻传播形式,改变了以人为核心的传统新闻生产实践形式和内容。传媒行业迫切需要复合型、技术型、实践型从业者加入。新闻传播高校作为新闻人才主要培养途径和供给渠道,倚重理论的传统人才培养方式在技术的迅速变迁中愈显乏力。高校理应在教育形式和内容上对技术的变革及时回应,避免产生学界业界脱节的畸形发展及传媒人才匮乏的困境。本研究根据国内外高校相关新闻传播类硕士研究生的人才培养方案,对国内外新闻传播人才实践能力培养现状进行分析,对比分析国内外新闻传播专业研究生实践能力培养模式的差异。分析发现,国内外高校对新闻传播专业研究生实践能力培养主要通过产学界资源互通、交叉学科、学院即媒体实践点、校企联合培养及开办专业竞赛等途径与手段进行。这些实践环节中采取的措施在很大程度上促进了新闻传播专业人才的实践能力。

New technologies have reshaped the way people communicate and the way news is produced.As a result,the media industry is badly in need of interdisciplinary talent.As the main educating and supply channel of journalism talents,the traditional talent training mode focusing on theoretical knowledge in higher institutions is becoming less effective.The training practice employed by universities should respond to the changes of technologies both in the form and content to avoid the disjointed abnormal development of between the academia and the industry,and alleviate the shortage of new media talents.Basing on the talent training programs of postgraduates majoring in journalistic communication discipline in higher institutions at home and abroad,this study discusses the current situation of practical ability training practice and activities relative,and compares and analyzes the differences existing the programs.It has been found that the exchange of resources between the academia and the industry,interdisciplinary and in-house trainings,joint training programs with enterprises are the commonly used methods to improve the practical ability of students,and those measures taken are approved effective to strengthen students’creativity and practical abilities.
