在百万扩招背景下,人才培养目标差异性定位是高职教育系统变革的重要环节。针对主体多元化、多样化的教学新需求,采用关键指标构建全方位人才培养目标差异性定位的标准体系,基于差异性定位方向,开展人才培养目标多层次划分,明确不同主体人才培养目标的具体内涵,构建新时代高职院校全主体、全覆盖、多层次人才培养模式,为高等职业教育人才培养体系构建提供有效模式和借鉴。

Under the background of million-enrollment expansion,the differential positioning of talent training objectives is an important link in the reform of higher vocational education system.In view of the new teaching needs of diversified subjects,we will adopt key indicators to build a standard system for the differential position-ing of all-round talent training objectives,carry out multi-level division of talent training objectives based on the direction of differential positioning,clarify the specific connotation of talent training objectives of different subjects,and build a full subject,full coverage and multi-level talent training mode of higher vocational colleges in the new era,It provides an effective model and reference for the construction of talent training system in high-er vocational education.
