摘要
心理健康是大学生幸福成长的必要条件。但是由于幸福观念错位、心理健康知识的缺位、专业资源紧张以及社会发展过快等原因,高校在实施幸福心育的过程中出现了课程效果不佳、心理活动零散、心理服务被动、危机预防不足和不当等问题。文章以泰州学院为例,从目标设置、机制构建、模块工作、条件保障等方面着手,为大学生幸福心育提供策略借鉴。
Mental health is a necessary condition for the happy growth of college students.However,due to the dislocation of the concept of happiness,the absence of mental health knowledge,the shortage of professional re-sources and the rapid social development,there are some problems in the implementation of happiness education in Colleges and universities,such as poor curriculum effect,scattered psychological activities,passive psychologi-cal service,insufficient and improper risk prevention and so on.Taking Taizhou University as an example,this paper provides strategic reference for college students'happy psychological education from the aspects of goal set-ting,mechanism construction,module work and condition guarantee.
