Learning from synergy theory,integrating labor union construction into Party building is helpful to pro-mote the Party's overall leadership over colleges and universities,to improve democratic management and law based management,and to build a harmonious and stable development of colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should deeply realize the realistic basis of the mutual integration,attach great importance to the practi-cal significance of the mutual integration,explore the innovative practice of mutual integration of the two actively.
