220kV某GIS设备伸缩节的放电分析

摘要 气体绝缘开关设备(GIS)受制造技术、装配工艺、运行环境等因素影响,运行中可能会出现六氟化硫(SF_(6))气体泄漏、局部放电等故障。介绍了某220kV气体绝缘设备伸缩节气室漏气放电,220kV母差保护动作跳闸事故,解体故障气室,从环境、受力、导体等方面进行了故障分析,并给出了整改措施,对GIS设备的运行维护具有一定的借鉴意义。 Gas-insulated switchgear(GIS)might have SF_(6) gas leakage,partial discharge,and other faults during operation affected by factors such as manufacturing technology,assembly process,operating environment,etc.This paper introduced the leakage discharge phenomenon of 220kV gas insulation equipment telescopic throttle chamber,the tripping accident of 220kV bus differential protection action,the disassembly of the failure air chamber.The study analyzes the failure from different perspectives,such as environment,stress,conductor,etc.,and provides the rectification measures,which have certain reference significance for the operation and maintenance of GIS equipment.
