大规模滑溜水压裂参数优化研究与应用 被引量:7

Research and application of parameter optimization for large-scale slick water fracturing

摘要 针对延长油田浅层低渗油藏压力低、地层能量不足、物性差、油井压后产量低、稳产时间短以及递减较快的问题,在充分研究目标区域油藏特征的基础上,结合室内实验,优选出一种可循环使用的低伤害减阻剂滑溜水压裂液体系,同时采用Fracpro压裂软件优化了压裂施工参数。结果表明1)0.1%含量的JHFR2减阻剂和0.2%含量的JHFD2多功能添加剂配置的滑溜水压裂液减阻效果好,可有效降低表面张力,抑制黏土膨胀,减小对储层的伤害;2)每一段压裂施工参数优化为10~12 m^(3)/min大排量,800~1000 m^(3)大液量,8%低砂比,4~6簇细分割。以上研究成果较好指导了现场实践,与瓜胶体积压裂工艺相比,大规模滑溜水压裂井平均初期产油增加了7.8 t,累计平均产油增加了1556 t,1年稳产期平均日产液增加了6.5 m^(3),平均日产油增加了1.5 t。滑溜水大规模压裂工艺增产效果明显,对延长浅层油藏压裂改造有很好的指导意义。 Aiming at the problems of low pressure,low formation energy,poor physical properties,low production,short stable time and rapid decline in shallow low-permeability oil reservoir of Yanchang Oilfield,on the basis of fully studying the characteristics of the reservoir in the target area,that have selected a recyclable low-damage drag reducer slick water fracturing fluid system,combining with laboratory experiments.The fracturing construction parameters are optimized with Fracpro fracturing software.The results show that:1)The slick water fracturing fluid with 0.1%content of JHFR2 drag reducer and 0.2%content of JHFD2 multifunctional additive has a good drag reduction effect,which can effectively reduce surface tension,inhibit clay expansion,and reduce damage to the reservoir.2)The optimization of each stage of fracturing construction parameters is 10~12 m^(3)/min high displacement,800~1000 m^(3) massive fluid,8%low sand ratio,4~6 clusters fine division.The research results have better guided field practice.Compared with the conventional volumetric fracturing technology,the average initial oil production of large-scale slick water fracturing wells increased by 7.8 t,the cumulative average oil production increased by 1556 t,the average annual stable daily fluid production increased by 6.5 m^(3),and the average daily oil production increased by 1.5 t.The large-scale slick water fracturing technology has increased production significantly,which has very good guiding significance for Yanchang shallow oil reservoir fracturing reform.
