健康体检(管理)机构分级评价标准研究

Study of Grading Evaluation Standard for Health Examination(Management)Institutions

目的研究健康体检(管理)机构分级评价标准。方法文献分析、专家咨询、集中探讨。结果从医政管理、质量管理与持续改进、安全管理、服务质量4个维度,制定含二级指标及A、B、C三个层级三级指标的医疗机构内设和独立设置的健康体检(管理)机构评价标准,并提出具体的评价方法和流程。结论所建标准对我国健康体检(管理)机构规范和可持续发展有一定推动作用,但指标还需细化和完善。

Objective To study grading evaluation standard for health examination(management)institutions.Methods Literature analysis,expert consultation,and focused discussion.Results From four dimensions of medical administration management,quality management and continuous improvement,safety management and service quality,the evaluation standard of health examination(management)institutions within and independently set including second-level indicators and three-level indicators of A,B and C were formulated,and specific evaluation methods and procedures were put forward.Conclusion The established standard can promote the standardization and sustainable development of health examination(management)institutions in China,but the indicators need to be verified and improved.
