According to national policies and relevant documents,combined with the hospital's own characteristics,under the full quality control concept,with the help of information technology,the quality management mode of"layout of monitoring sentinel,early warning of emergency,response matrix"was constructed.The mode can make hospital management more standardized,systematic and data-oriented,and help medical quality management to step into a virtuous cycle,promote high-quality development of the hospital.
