摘要
对美好生活的憧憬是人类永恒的价值追求,不断满足教职工美好生活需要是新时代高校工会的根本目标。高校工会回应教职工美好生活需要具有深刻的理论逻辑。本研究通过网上问卷调查、个别深度访谈等方式展开实证调研,研究发现,高校教职工在物质生活需要、民主参与需要、精神文化需要、和谐共享需要、绿色生态需要以及其他需要方面呈现多样化、多方面、多层次的特点,高校类别、年龄结构及地区分布对高校教师的美好生活体悟与需求都会产生一定的影响。有鉴于此,高校工会应当不断提高服务能力和水平,高标准打造思想政治引领阵地、产学研资源融合阵地、团结动员群众阵地以及教职工维权服务阵地,持续推进教职工体面工作、舒心生活、全面发展,促进大学治理现代化的实现。
The longing for a better life is the eternal value pursuit of human beings,and it is the fundamental goal of university trade unions in the new era to constantly meet the needs of the staff for a better life.There is profound theoretical logic in the university labor union s response to the demands of the staff s better life.This study carried out empirical research through online questionnaire survey,individual in-depth interviews and other methods,and found that the university staff in the material life needs,democratic participation needs,spiritual and cultural needs,harmonious sharing needs,green ecological needs and other needs are diverse,multifaceted and boast multi-level characteristics.The category,age distribution and regional distribution of colleges and universities all have a certain degree of influence on teachers understanding and demand for a better life.In view of this,college labor union should improve service ability and level continuously,build ideological and political leading position,production,learning and research resource fusion position,unity and mobilization of the masses position and worker right protection service position,continue to promote the decent work of teaching and administrative staff,comfortable life,all-round development,promote the modernization of university management.
