摘要
在生产生活中,油中水分含量的差异不但严重影响油品性能和品质,而且造成了经济损失甚至引发重大事故。所以,选用适当、合理、快速、经济的检测方法至关重要。本文主要以常见的油中水分检测方法:重量法、库仑法、蒸馏法、色谱法、介电常数法和红外光谱法进行论述,根据其原理特点,以及在不同油样检测时选择不同测量方法并对其优劣进行比较,以采用最合适的方法达到最好的效果。
In production and life, the difference in water content in oil not only seriously affects the performance and quality of oil products, but also causes economic losses and even major accidents. Therefore, it is very important to select appropriate, reasonable, fast and economical detection methods. This article mainly discusses the common methods for detecting moisture in oil: gravimetric method, coulometric method, distillation method, chromatography, dielectric constant method and infrared spectroscopy, according to its principle and characteristics, as well as the selection of different measurement methods for different oil samples. And compare their pros and cons to use the most appropriate method to achieve the best results.
