二氧化碳基聚碳酸酯的改性和应用进展

摘要 二氧化碳是一种廉价、丰富、无毒的可再生原料,可用于生产多种化学品,引起了工业界和学术界的广泛关注。二氧化碳与环氧烷烃共聚可制备生物降解塑料—聚碳酸酯,它有望取代石油基塑料,解决能源紧缺和生态环境的问题。目前,二氧化碳基聚碳酸酯的性能还未达到工程塑料的应用需求,迫切需要合适的改性手段来改善。本文分类综述了二氧化碳基聚碳酸酯的化学改性策略,以及它们当前和潜在的应用,并对该领域的发展进行了展望。 Carbon dioxide(CO_(2)),as an inexpensive, abundant, non-toxic and renewable feedstock, can be utilized to produce various chemicals, drawing wide attention form industry and academia. Polycarbonate, a biodegradable plastic, can be prepared by copolymerization of carbon dioxide and epoxy alkanes. It is expected to replace petroleum-based plastics and solve the problems of energy shortage and ecological environment. At present, the properties of carbon dioxide-based polycarbonate have not met the application needs of engineering plastics, and there is an urgent need for appropriate modification methods to improve it. The chemical modification strategies of carbon dioxide-based polycarbonate and their current and potential applications, and the promising future of this field were discussed.
