Characteristics of Poultry Litter Dissolved Organic Matter and Its Photodegradation Effects on Antibiotics

家禽排泄物溶解有机质(PDOM)在环境水体中是一种重要光化学活性物质。PDOM能吸收辐射产生活性物种促进光降解,也能产生内滤效应,进而影响抗生素在水体中的转化。鉴于此,笔者综述了近年来国内外关于PDOM的特征及对抗生素光降解影响的研究,并提出研究PDOM对不同抗生素光化学效应,探究不同环境因子对PDOM光化学活性的影响。

Poultry litter dissolved organic matter(PDOM)is a photochemically active substance in water environments. PDOM can absorb light to produce reactive species, and can also produce an internal filtration effect, which in turn has a crucial impact on the process of antibiotic environmental transformation. Here, the research progress on the characteristics of PDOM and its effect on antibiotics photodegradation were reviewed. To broaden the research object of PDOM on the photochemical effects of different antibiotics, the effects of different environmental factors on the photochemical activity of PDOM in the environment were explored.
