摘要
彩色防滑路面在美化城市、诱导交通、缓解道路拥堵等领域起着至关重要的作用,所用涂料性能直接影响着路面的质量,因此研究聚氨酯涂料在彩色防滑路面中的应用具有重要意义。讨论了多元醇种类、官能度、羟基值和粘度对水泥砼粘接强度的影响,并对比了三大类树脂涂料的性能。结果表明,芳香族多元醇、高官能度多元醇、高羟基值多元醇和大于900 cps (25℃)粘度的多元醇可以增强聚氨酯涂料与水泥砼的粘接强度,而且聚氨酯类涂料的综合性能最好。
Colored anti-skid pavement plays a vital role in beautifying the city, inducing traffic, alleviating road congestion and other fields. The performance of the coating directly affects the quality of the pavement, so it is of great significance to study the application of polyurethane coating on colored anti-skid pavement. The effects of type, functionality, hydroxyl value and viscosity of polyols on the bonding strength between polyurethane coating and cement concrete were discussed, and the properties of three kinds of resin coatings were compared. The results showed that aromatic polyols, high functionality polyols, high hydroxyl polyols and polyols with viscosity greater than 900 cps(25 ℃)can enhance the bonding strength of polyurethane coating to cement concrete, and the comprehensive properties of polyurethane coating are the best.
