超高液相色谱串联质谱测定磷酸肌酸钠中磷酸甲酯

Determination of Trimethyl Phosphate in Creatine Phosphate Sodium by Ultra-high Performance Liquid Chromatography-mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用超高效液相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱法,建立了磷酸肌酸钠中潜在遗传毒性杂质磷酸甲酯含量测定方法。经方法学验证,方法简便、高效、灵敏,可用于磷酸肌酸钠中磷酸甲酯的检测。 Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was used to establish an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry analytical method for determination of trimethyl phosphate in creatine phosphate sodium. After verification, the method was simple, accurately and sensitively, which could be used to determine trimethyl phosphate in creatine phosphate sodium.
