摘要
纳滤技术广泛应用于脱硫废水分盐处理中,纳滤技术可以实现脱硫废水中Cl^(-)和SO_(4)^(2-)的分离,其中分离出的SO_(4)^(2-)进入到纳滤浓水中。纳滤浓水中的SO;可以与脱硫废水中的Ca^(2+)反应生成CaSO_(4)微溶物沉淀,从而起到废水软化效果。通过模拟实验和工程实验分别进行了纳滤浓水回流辅助软化脱硫废水实验。实验结论证实,纳滤浓水回流后可以明显的降低废水中的钙离子浓度,起到辅助软化的作用。
Nanofiltration technology is widely used in salt separation of desulfurization wastewater treatment,which can realize the separation of Cl^(-)and SO_(4)^(2-) in desulfurization wastewater,and the separated SO_(4)^(2-) enters the nanofiltration concentrated water.SO_(4)^(2-) can react with Ca^(2+) in the desulfurization wastewater to form CaSO_(4)micro-solubles,thereby achieving a wastewater softening effect.Through simulation experiment and engineering experiment respectively,experiments of nanofiltration concentrated water reflux assisted softening desulfurization wastewater were carried out.The experimental results showed that the concentration of calcium ion in the wastewater can be significantly reduced by the nanofiltration concentrated water reflux,which played an auxiliary role in softening.
