摘要 基于现阶段锰酸锂中磁性异物管控水平及市场需求,着力研究锰酸锂磁性物来源,改善关键工艺技术并实现产业化产出行业领先的高品质锰酸锂产品。通过对锰酸锂生产的原料来源及生产全流程进行全面深入调研分析,确定锰酸锂生产现场磁性物引入源,使用鱼骨图、优选矩阵等质量工具进行统计分析、强化磁性物管控关键技术及优化现场管控,找出关键解决方案并在生产上全面落实,确保稳定产出高品质低磁性异物的锰酸锂产品。 Based on the current control level of magnetic foreign bodies in lithium manganese and market demand, focused on the source of lithium manganese magnetic materials, the key technology was improved and the industrialization of leading high-quality lithium manganese products was realized. Through a comprehensive and in-depth investigation and analysis of the raw material source and the whole production process of lithium manganate production, the introduction source of magnetic materials in lithium manganate production site was determined. The quality tools such as fishbone diagram and optimization matrix were used for statistical analysis, the key technologies of magnetic material control and optimization of field control were strengthened, and the key solutions were found out and fully implemented in production to ensure the stable production of lithium manganate products with high quality and low magnetic foreign bodies.
