摘要
描述了氧化法环己酮的生产过程,阐述了己醛的产生原理,结合实际生产给出己醛在各个工序的含量。通过数据分析,指出每个工序在消除己醛过程中的作用。文章指出了己醛的消除方式,重点指出了干燥塔在消除己醛过程中的作用是近期发现的,且国内大多数工厂尚未发现此关键点。最后分析了己醛对己内酰胺生产过程产生的影响。为指导生产调整提供理论参考。
The production process of cyclohexanone by oxidation method was described, the principle of hexanal generation was expounded, and the content of hexanal in each process combining with the actual production was given. By analyzing the data, the function of each process in the process of eliminating hexanal was pointed out. The elimination method of hexanal was pointed out, and it was pointed out that the role of the drying tower in the process of eliminating hexanal was discovered recently, and most domestic factories had not yet discovered this key point. Finally, the effect of hexanal on caprolactam production process was analyzed. It provided theoretical reference for guiding production adjustment.
