校企合作共建校外化工实践基地的现状与探索 被引量:1

摘要 化工专业学生在校外化工实践基地参加毕业实习,可以使学生学习和了解如何将原料转变成成品的生产全过程、管理体系和企业文化。在当今工程专业认证的背景下,毕业实习是化工专业的学生将所学化工理论知识进行实践与创新能力培养的重要环节,也是达成化工专业人才培养要求和目标的关键环节。本文结合目前校企合作共建化工实践基地中遇到的教师对实践教学重视不够、企业建化工实践基地的积极性不高、共建化工实践基地的有效合作机制不完善、缺乏实习效果的考核机制等突出问题,提出了一些可行的建议,以期后续得到改进和实施。 Chemical Engineering major students’ participating in graduation internships in off-campus companies can make students learn and understand the whole production process, management system and corporate culture. Under the background of engineering professional certification, graduation internship is an important link for Chemical Engineering students to practice and innovative ability, and it is also a key link to achieve the requirement and goal of Chemical Engineering major training. The outstanding problems were analyzed: some teachers encountered in the current school-enterprise cooperation in construction of chemical practice bases that did not pay enough attention to practical teaching, enterprises were not very enthusiastic to build chemical practice bases, the effective cooperation mechanism of building chemical practice bases jointly was not perfect, and evaluation mechanism of internship effects was lack. Some feasible suggestions for subsequent improvements and implementation were put forward.
