摘要
《化工过程分析与开发》是针对化工类专业开设的一门主干课程。为推动课程内容改革,拟在原有内容基础上增加对化工过程系统分析与综合内容的介绍,使学生能够运用过程系统工程的观点和方法对特定化工过程进行分析与合成,以让过程开发达到系统最优。本文以烃类裂解制乙烯过程为教学案例展开讨论系统分析与综合在化工过程开发中的运用,主要包括反应器选型分析、过程系统的能量集成及产品分离序列的综合。
Chemical Process Analysis and Development is a professional core course for Chemical Engineering majors. In order to promote the reform of teaching content, analysis and synthesis of chemical process system will be added into the current course content. This will help students analyze and synthesize a specific chemical process with viewpoint of process system engineering, which allows the process development to reach an optimal performance. With the teaching case of the ethylene production process by hydrocarbon cracking, the applications of system analysis and synthesis in Chemical Process Analysis and Development were discussed. These applications mainly included the analysis of reactor selection, the energy integration of process system, and the synthesis of product separation sequence.
