噻托溴铵联合白葡奈菌片对COPD患者肺功能及T细胞亚群的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨噻托溴铵联合白葡奈菌片对COPD患者肺功能及T细胞亚群的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月九江市第一人民医院60例COPD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(噻托溴铵联合白葡奈菌片)与对照组(噻托溴铵),每组各30例。评估患者肺功能指标及T细胞亚群治疗前后的变化,对比总有效率。结果两组患者治疗前肺功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗前后比较,两组肺功能指标均有提升,组间比较,观察组提升更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T细胞亚群指标治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)指标治疗后较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组总有效率分别为93.33%和70.00%,观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵联合白葡奈菌片应用于COPD患者,在改善肺功能、免疫功能方面有突出效果,疗效确切,可予以推广。 Objective To explore the effect of tiotropium bromide combined with staphylococcus and neisseria tablets on pulmonary function and T cell subsets in COPD patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with COPD in Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(tiotropium bromide combined with staphylococcus and neisseria tablets)and the control group(tiotropium bromide),with 30 cases in each group.The changes of pulmonary function indexes and T cell subsets before and after treatment were evaluated.The total effective rate was compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in pulmonary function indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The pulmonary function indexes in both groups were improved after treatment compared with those before treatment,and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The T cell subset indexes difference between the two groups before treatment showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate between the two groups was 93.33% and 70.00%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiotropium bromide combined with Staphylococcus and neisseria tablets used in COPD patients has outstanding effect in improving lung function and immune function,with exact effect,which can be popularized.
