中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白在妇产科领域中的研究进展

Research progress of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin in the field of obstetrics and gynecology

中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)是一种敏感的早期疾病预测指标,在急慢性肾损伤方面作用尤为突出,属于脂质运载蛋白lipocalin家族中的一员,且该指标已逐渐用于临床。NGAL与机体的多种生理病理过程联系紧密,与炎症免疫应答、信号转导、细胞分化及肿瘤的发生发展、胰岛素抵抗等过程密切相关。近年来,国内外研究学者在实验中发现NGAL与子痫前期(PE)、妊娠糖尿病(GDM)、早产等妊娠相关疾病有着密切相关性,考虑其发生发展可能与机体的炎症反应、糖脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗有关。因此类妊娠疾病对母儿影响较大,该指标的应用将有助于疾病的早发现早治疗,从而改善母婴结局。本文现将中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)在妇产科领域的研究进展作一综述。

Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin(NGAL)is a sensitive predictor for early disease.As a member of lipocalin family,NGAL plays a prominent role in acute and chronic kidney injury and has been gradually used in clinical practice.NGAL is closely related to a variety of physiological and pathological processes in human body,and is closely related to processes such as inflammatory immune response,signal transduction,cell differentiation,tumorigenesis and progression,and insulin resistance.In recent years,domestic and foreign researchers have found in experiments that NGAL is closely related to pregnancy-related diseases such as preeclampsia(PE),gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),and premature delivery.It is considered that its occurrence and development may be related to the body’s inflammatory response,glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin resistance.Therefore,pregnancy-like diseases have a greater impact on mothers and children,and the application of this predictor will help early detection and treatment of diseases,thereby improving the outcome of mothers and babies.This article reviews the research progress of NGAL in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.
