摘要 安全协议用于实现开放互联网的通信安全,时间戳可以保证在传输消息时协议的可信性和准确性,利用时间敏感网络来改进实时协议具有一定的实用价值.本文提出了将时间敏感网络(TSN)引入网络,选择Sercos作为工业以太网协议,并通过TSN标准IEEE802.1asrev和IEEE802.1Qbv对工业以太网进行了扩展.通过对TSN网络的测试,将TSN集成到网络中,并对时延和抖动时间进行了比较.测试结果表明,在高速多设备工业以太网中,随着TSN的应用,时延逐渐接近甚至低于其他拓扑结构.拓扑扩展保证了时间关键帧的超低端到端延迟.通过提高整个网络的数据速率,缩短了时延,提高了工业以太网的实时性. The security protocol was used to realize the communication security of the open Internet,and the timestamp can ensure the credibility and accuracy of the protocol when transmitting messages.The application of time sensitive network was an important technology but how to use time sensitive network to improve real-time protocol was analyzed.A realistic concept of TSN(Time-Sensitive Networking)into the network was presented in this paper,selecting Sercos as a deterministic industrial Ethernet protocol and extending industrial Ethernet through TSN standard IEEE 802.1as Rev and IEEE 802.1Qbv.Through test on the TSN network,this paper integrates TSN switches in the network and compares the delay and jitter time.The test results show that in high-rate multi-device industrial ethernet,with the application of TSN,the delay was gradually close to or even lower than that of other topologies.Topology extension ensures ultra-low end-to-end delay of time key frames.The delay was reduced and the real-time performance of industrial Ethernet was increased by increasing the data rate of the whole network.
