城市急诊点位总体布局探究--以上海市为例

The Analysis of Distribution of Emergency Department in City of Shanghai

急诊部在应对日常急诊急救和突发公共卫生事件等情况下发挥越来越重要的作用。其在城市中的分布和可达性将深入影响医疗救治在城市层面的高效性和时效性,并对城市合理分配有限医疗资源起到了关键作用。在研究上海市急诊机构总体分布的基础上,通过POI点位爬取和ArcGIS缓冲分析等方法,结合不同尺度步行范围分析急诊布局影响范围和布局合理性。对上海急诊机构的分布进行了详细的阐述和分析,提出加强急诊资源整体系统配合、加大交通连接方面的建设以及注重医疗资源分布均衡合理性等建议措施,对其他城市具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。

Emergency departments are playing an increasingly important role in responding to situations such as routine emergency care and public health emergencies.Their distribution and accessibility in cities will deeply influence the efficiency and timeliness of medical treatment at the city level and play a key role in the rational allocation of limited medical resources in cities.This paper takes the distribution of emergency departments in Shanghai as an example,and analyzes the impact range and the rationality of the layout of emergency departments by crawling POI points and combining with ArcGIS buffer analysis in a macroscopic study of the overall distribution,and then combining different scales of walking range.This paper elaborates and analyzes the distribution of emergency departments at the city level,and also provides guidance and reference for other cities in strengthening the overall system of emergency medical resources,increasing the construction of transportation connections and the rationalization of balanced distribution of medical resources.
