城乡义务教育公平是城乡发展和教育公平的重点难点。嘉兴城乡义务教育公平走在全国前列,在城乡教育格局优化、乡村教师队伍建设、教育共同体发展、互联网+教育、跨地区教育合作、流动人口子女教育等方面积累了丰富经验。借鉴嘉兴经验,为促进城乡义务教育公平,要积极优化城乡义务教育格局,打造城乡高质量教师队伍,创新城乡教育联合体模式,加快城乡智慧教育发展,缩小区际教育质量差距,推进城乡义务教育均等化。

The equity of urban-rural compulsory education is the key and difficult point of urban-rural development and educational equity.Jiaxing’s urban-rural compulsory education has lead the way in China.It has accumulated rich experience in the optimization of urban-rural educational structure,the construction of rural school teaching faculty,the development of education common community,the Internet plus education,the cross-regional cooperation and the enrollment of migrant children.Borrowing the experience of Jiaxing,in order to promote the equity of urban-rural compulsory education,we should actively optimize the pattern of urban-rural compulsory education,build a team of high-quality teachers in urban-rural areas,innovate the mode of urban-rural education community,accelerate the development of urban-rural smart education,narrow the inter-regional education quality gap,and promote the equalization of urban-rural compulsory education.
