Improving the Service Level of Shanghai's Public Transportation during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

近三十多年来,上海城市轨道交通从起步建设到规模领跑全球,公共交通服务水平稳步提高,公共交通系统的快速发展为上海超大城市的有序运转提供了可靠支撑,也为各类重大活动成功举办提供了有力保障。“十四五”期间,上海城市发展面临新机遇和新挑战,需要分析公共交通发展的新要求,从优化网络功能、支撑新城发力、完善重点地区公共交通配套、提高公共交通保障能力和运营服务水准等方面,探索提升上海公共交通服务品质的发展策略。

Over the past 30 years,Shanghai's urban rail transportation has taken the leading role in the world from its initial construction.The service level of public transportation has been steadily improving and providing reliable transportation service supports of some major events for the city.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,Shanghai's urban development is faced with new opportunities and new challenges.It is necessary to analyze the new requirements of public transportation development and explore development strategies to improve the service quality of Shanghai's public transportation by optimizing network functions,supporting the development of New Towns,improving public transportation facilities in key areas and improving public transportation security capabilities and operational service standards,to explore development strategies aiming at improving service quality of public transportation in Shanghai.
