面向“十四五”的天津区域综合枢纽地区交通发展战略研究--以天津市东丽区为例

Research on Transportation Development Strategy of Tianjin Regional Comprehensive Hub under the 14th Five Year Plan

随着京津冀一体化国家战略不断深化推进,围绕建成“轨道上的京津冀”及国际航空物流中心建设,天津机场将形成一高铁四城轨交汇的区域综合枢纽,该枢纽所在的天津市东丽区在“十四五”规划中被定位为国际航空城,东丽区将成为未来天津市对外交往的门户地区。通过总结地区历史发展沿革及发展特征,总结发展面临的问题,面向新时代发展阶段的新形势、新要求,提出地区未来如何通过交通引领城市高质量发展,对于城市群内特征相似的其他地区“十四五”交通发展具有借鉴意义。

With the continuous deepening of the national strategy for the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,focusing on the construction of"Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei on track"and international aviation logistics center,Tianjin airport will form a regional comprehensive hub for the intersection of high-speed rail and four urban tracks.Dongli District of Tianjin,where the hub is located,is positioned as an international aviation city in the 14th five year plan,Dongli District will become the gateway area of Tianjin's foreign exchanges in the future.Whether it can make good use of the elements of transportation resources and embark on the road of high-quality development is not only related to the development of Dongli District itself,but also of great strategic significance to whether Tianjin can achieve the goal of the 14th five year plan.By summarizing the historical development and development characteristics of the region,summarizing the problems faced by the development,facing the new situation and new requirements of the development stage of the new era,this paper puts forward ideas on how to lead the high-quality development of the city through transportation in the future,which can be used as a reference for the transportation development of other regions with similar characteristics in the urban agglomeration during the 14th five year plan.
