电子束选区熔化成形TC4合金显微组织与性能的研究进展

摘要 随着现代制造业的不断发展,增材制造技术获得了越来越多的应用,电子束选区熔化技术(EBSM)是一种粉末床熔融技术,是目前应用最为广泛的增材制造技术之一,可以成形出具有复杂结构和形状的高性能金属零件。成形工艺参数和热处理是影响电子束选区熔化成形TC4合金显微组织与性能的重要因素和主要调控手段,从这两方面对其进行综述,并展望其未来发展方向。 With the continuous development of modern manufacturing industry,additive manufacturing technology has gained more and more applications.Electron beam selective melting technology(EBSM)is a powder bed deposition technology.It is currently one of the most widely used additive manufacturing technologies,which can be used to form high-performance metal parts with com⁃plex structures and shapes.The forming process parameters and heat treatment are important factors and main control methods that af⁃fect the microstructure and properties of TC4 alloy formed by electron beam selective melting.It was reviewed from the two aspects,and their future development direction was looked forward.
